An Old Home in Oregon

We had been driving past this house for a few months, and finally decided to look into purchasing it. A portion of the home had already fallen down; the rest of the home was boarded up. We spoke with neighbors, and had found that the house had been neglected, was broken into and currently condemned.We knew there were a lot of problems with it and it would be a project, but decided to just go for it.

The house was tested for asbestos and lead paint last week, and we are waiting to hear the results from that before scheduling the demolition. We’re crossing our fingers for favorable results from the asbestos testing!
